Hello smitha maam i love all your videos and the information you provide. I don't use make up on daily basis but can i still go with the double cleansing method daily .is it good for the skin? please reply

I do the opposite for double cleansing: first a soapless face wash to remove all the war paint, and then a nice massage with balm... It leaves the skin feeling so good...

Amazon has Simple Kind Refreshing Facial Wash at a lower cost than Walmart.

I love this method for cleansing my skin of makeup and SPF as well.

I just use a bid lighter to heat it up. And I always test it with my fingers to make sure it’s cooled down enough before applying.

I've been double cleansing for years, but not with a cleansing balm because I could never get all my eyeliner off with a cleansing balm. Other than that, double cleansing for me has been a part of my bedtime makeup removal routine, and my face loves it.

Double cleansing changes the whole game. It's known for many years in kbeauty and jbeauty. They have many products (oil cleansers, balms, and foams) for all skin types. In fact, it is best when you foam the second cleanser in your hands first and then massage your face. Double cleansing washes off make up and sunscreen!!!! For me the best way: 1st mascara remover(kiss me heroine), 2nd cleansing balm or oil, 3rd cleansing foam. You never go back after that. P. S. Kbeauty and Jbeauty products are very affordable🤗🥰

Nah this wasn't invented by some esthetician on twitter. And idk if the person even claims that, but this obviously has been around longer. Like "underpainting" is not new, just repackaged and younger/ less experienced people hadn't heard about it. Your more thourough explanation was great. I love these 5min to the point videos - not forced into seconds for a short, but not made longer than it needs to be.

Ive been double cleansing for 5 yrs and I'll never go back. I use the same Clinique solid cleanser first, and then I follow it up with any gentle foaming cleanser. HOWEVER, I've recently tried the Dermalogica powder as my second cleanse and I think I'm hooked!! My skin is amazing after that, more so than before.

But it has steroid won't it effect on screen??

Lip liner looks odd on me anyway so I don't use it. I needed this video😅. I was gifted this Ofra liquid lipstick recently. Unfortunately I didn't care for it very much. It smelled weird 😕.

I like the Elemis Rose Cleansing Balm. That stuff is amazing at cleaning off make up.

The double cleanse has been around for a long time. I started doing it in the -90:s with Kanebo products. Now I use Make Prem. So good and not overly expensive like Kanebo.

I'm going to try this. I usually only wash for like 10 seconds when I double cleanse. going to do the full 60 tonight 😊

Is an oily cleanser like you used first also suitable for acne prone skin? I do not have oily skin but dry/dehydrated skin and get acne every now and then and always try to avoid oil based products bc clogging..

Thank you so much for this information and the little hints, like leaving my face a little damp and later on add a few drops of water to continue the "distribution" of cleanser and also the changes the product goes through the longer you have it on and work with it.
